In the pursuit of meat that pairs perfectly with rice, we arrived at lean cuts that highlight natural umami without relying on fat. Hand-selected by skilled artisans, our choice includes Wagyu and domestic beef from Kyushu, including Kumamoto and Kagoshima. The moment the meat is grilled, its savory aroma rises, and with each bite, the rich yet light umami spreads. We aim for a yakiniku experience that remains delicious until the very last bite, without feeling heavy or greasy.

Freshly Cooked Rice Born for Meat
The rice used in our restaurant is an original blend developed in collaboration with a 5-star Rice Meister—one of only about 450 nationwide. Carefully selected varieties, including Hokkaido’s Yumepirika, are chosen each season for peak flavor and blended to perfectly complement our yakiniku. Each order is cooked in a clay pot, resulting in plump, fluffy grains that release their natural sweetness with every bite. Served from 2 cups per order, any leftover rice can be taken home as a free rice ball or upgraded to bibimbap for an additional ¥400.

Sagari (hanging tender) best embodies the harmonious taste we pursue. You can enjoy the umami of the lean meat, its savory aroma, and its perfect pairing with rice in balanced harmony. Yaki-Shabu features melt-in-your-mouth thinly sliced meat combined with egg, offering a rich and mellow flavor. Wagyu Yukke, made with fresh lean cuts, highlights the exceptional quality of the ingredients. The Chef’s Choice Upper Moon Yakiniku Course (¥7,700 including tax) allows you to fully enjoy the essence of our restaurant. Centered on premium Wagyu, the course features cuts such as Wagyu sirloin, harami, upper salt tongue, sagari, and yaki-shabu, perfectly balanced for a satisfying experience. The course also highlights the harmony with our special rice blend, cooked in a clay pot, creating a seamless pairing with the meat. Ideal for business dinners, celebration gatherings, or meals with loved ones. Optional extras include a fruit plate for special occasions or an all-you-can-drink option for an additional ¥2,000.

Table-Only Reservation with Immediate Clay-Pot Rice
The “Table-Only Plan ¥1,540 (tax included)” has our special 2-cup clay-pot rice prepared to coincide with your arrival. Normally taking about 20 minutes to cook, the rice is ready in advance so you can enjoy steaming hot freshly cooked rice the moment you sit down.

The interior is stylish and calm, featuring four horigotatsu-style semi-private rooms for 2–4 people, which can be connected to accommodate up to 16 guests. Ideal for dates, anniversaries, business meetings, or family meals. Business hours: Monday–Thursday until 3:00 AM, Friday & Saturday until 5:00 AM, making late-night visits convenient. Smoking is allowed throughout the restaurant, so you can enjoy the space according to your needs.
